Petition report

Petition should be filed on real name, and anonymous reports are only investigated if they are clear and verifiable

All the processes from receipt to processing of important counseling and reports will be kept private, and the secret of the informer will be kept as a priority, and we will make every effort to avoid any disadvantages due to exposure of status
However, in principle, reports are made by real name, and in the case of anonymous reports, investigations are conducted only when it is clear and the facts can be confirmed. Complaints are not treated such as complaints of personal harm, false reports not based on facts, reports of defamation, or violations of personal privacy

Consent to collection and use of personal information

  • 1. Personal information items collected: Name, phone number, email, address
  • 2. Purpose of collection: Identification, confirmation of report, contact for fact finding and notification of results
  • 3. Retention and use period: One year after closing the report

    (Informant may withdraw consent to provide personal information at any time, and the company will delete personal information without delay if the applicant requests it to withdraw)

  • 4. Right to refuse consent

  • You have the right to object to your consent to use the collection of your personal information, and if you do not consent, you will be notified anonymously
    However, if you make an anonymous report, you may not be notified of the results of the process, and if you do not provide specific evidence, you may not be able to conduct an investigation due to the fact-finding limitations
